A complete review of the terminology, steps for assessment, definitions of specific skills included in the assessment, time frames for required documentation, CMS terminology and calculation process.
The calculation of the Functional Performance Score of GG Coding will be discussed as well as the impact of the F.P.S scores on Part A Payment. The entire IDT, Clinical and Operational leadership will benefit from the core discussion points of this session to improve accuracy of GG coding and internal processes to respond to medical record requests.
