Course Description:
As specified in the Ohio Administrative Code 3701-18-09, participants of this program must be;
- RN or LPN with a current, valid active Ohio License
- Primary Instructor shall have a minimum of two years of experience in caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age.
- Program Coordinator shall have a minimum of two years of nursing experience as a licensed registered nurse, at least one of which shall be in a provision of long term care facility services
- Employment verification documents are required for registration.
You must be pre-approved for this course prior to attending. An application will need to be filled out along with necessary paperwork and approved. Payment must also be made prior to beginning class.
