Course Description:
As specified in the Ohio Administrative
Code 3701-18-09, participants of this program must be:
- RN or LPN with a current, valid active Ohio License.
- Primary Instructor shall have a minimum of two years of experience in caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age.
- Program Coordinator shall have a minimum of two years of nursing experience as a licensed registered nurse, at least one of which shall be in the provision of long term care facility services.
- Employment verification documents are required for registration.
You MUST be pre-approved for this course prior to attending. An application will need to be filled out along with necessary paperwork and approved. Payment must also be made prior to the beginning of class.
