| Qualifications for the program: |
- Filled out application, signed.
- Completed 2-step TB test.
- Full payment of $450.00 for class and book fees (we accept cash, money order, Visa or Mastercard).
- Please understand a criminal background check will be done to look for disqualifying offenses. More information regarding this is included with our application or please call the office.

| Benefits: |
These non-facility based nurse assistant courses are approved by the Ohio Department of Health. This course fulfills the 75-hour state requirements. This course is a prerequisite for the State Competency Testing.
Note: Student Manuals will be provided.
A NEGATIVE TWO-STEP MANTOUX TEST MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION OR THE RESULT OF A NEGATIVE CHEST X-RAY.
Attendance: The TCE program requires attendance at all sessions of the 84-hour program. Absolutely no exceptions will be accepted during the first 3 days of class. All make-ups must be documented and completed within 60 days of start date. Each make-up day or partial day will be assessed a fee of $ 75.00 per day to the facility or the individual student.
