long-term care facility administrator, DON, MDS coordinator, Social
Worker, or corporate consultants. Packed with current information

- Front line documentation DO’s and Don'ts
- Preparing for external audits of MDS accuracy
- Operational issues and the MDS Process
- A fresh look at QI’s and QM’s
Presented by a national expert on operations and the MDS process.
This session brings valuable topics and strategies to improve facility
efficiency, documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Processes and procedures to identify MDS accuracy issues and their
impact on overall operations will also be discussed.
