Course Description:
- This session reviews the documentation which involves writing care plans, progress notes, activity documentation, and adaptive equipment.
- Discuss an overview of regulations involving documentation, practice setting up care plans, and writing progress notes the effective way.
- Create an awareness of how you are documenting.
- Give a clearer understanding of how to document accurately and more effectively to capture all of the activities that residents are involved in.
- An overview of what is expected in your documentation.
